• Request and establish products and services such as options, margin, checking, debit cards, and cash products.
• Ensure downstream systems accurately reflect approved products and services.
• Research and resolve onboarding issues in partnership with PWM, Compliance, Legal, and AML teams.
• Maintain data integrity and adherence to regulatory and firm requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve account-opening workflows and processes.
• Manage multiple onboarding activities while maintaining strong client service and attention to detail.

Pay Rate: $23/hour

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Onboarding Analyst to support the onboarding of new Private Wealth Management (PWM) clients within a highly regulated environment. This role focuses on client documentation, data integrity, regulatory due diligence, and account setup while partnering with PWM Advisors, Compliance, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
