Job summary

Lukos is seeking an Operations Mobility Analyst in Tampa, FL to augment the Strategic Movement Center and maintain deployment and distribution capabilities in the AOR. Qualifications

• Certification: IAT Level I. DoD guidance familiarity required.

Responsibilities

• Plan operational logistics and transportation across CENTCOM AOR using JOPES and TPFDD.
• Coordinate with validators, Air Mobility Division and related centers to resolve airlift issues.
• Develop and maintain monthly intra-theater airlift schedules; analyze usage data.
• Monitor JOPES data, TPFDD, movement tracking and ITV systems.

Minimum Qualifications Summary

Certification & Education

• Information Assurance Technician (IAT) Level I professional certification.

Experience Required

• Experience within the last 5 years in: Global Air Transportation Execution System, Joint Planning and Execution System, Single Mobility System, & Aircraft and Personnel Automated Clearance System
• Familiarity and proficiency in: DoD Foreign Clearance Guide, USCENTCOM Time Phased Force Deployment Data Letter of Instruction, and applicable USCENTCOM joint logistics and distribution regulations.

Job Objective

USCENTCOM requires augmentation to its Strategic Movement Center (SMC) to mitigate the scheduled manpower reductions at the CDDOC thereby maintaining the ability to manage deployment and distribution services in the AOR.

Responsibilities

• Operational logistics and transportation planning across CENTCOM AOR using JOPES & TPFDD
• Coordinate with military service validators, Air Mobility Division, 618th Air Operations Center, Air Mobility Command, Tanker Airlift Control Center, aerial ports, & Defense Attache Offices to resolve inter- to intra-theater airlift execution issues
• Develop and maintain monthly intra-theater airlift channel schedules; analyze historical usage data
• Monitor/manage JOPES data, TPFDD force flow, movement tracking, & In-Transit Visibility (ITV) via JOPES, SMS, Integrated Global Transportation Convergence (IGC), & Radio Frequency In-Transit Visibility (RF-ITV)
• Assess Operation Plan (OPLAN) requirements and taskings; communicate theater deployment and distribution priority changes
• Participate in transportation and distribution working groups and Operational Planning Teams (OPTs)
• Facilitate, process, & track Theater Clearance Requests (TCRs) and travel coordination for military official parties, civilian travel, & commodity/equipment movement.
