Job summary

Lukos is seeking a Plans Mobility Analyst in Tampa, FL to support USCENTCOM via analytical insights for deployment and distribution planning. The role focuses on data-driven solutions and coordination with CDDOC/SMC to ensure mission readiness in the AOR.

Responsibilities include publishing briefings, evaluating technologies, and aligning cross-level metrics for effective theater movements and distribution support.

Qualifications

• Well-versed in manipulation & interpretation of JOPES.
• Experience in GATES, JOPES, SMS, and APACS in the last 5 years.
• Familiarity with DoD Foreign Clearance Guide and USCENTCOM documents.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical expertise for CDDOC and Strategic Movement Center initiatives.
• Apply advanced analysis to data-driven recommendations for deployment/distribution.
• Assess transformation technologies for deployment applicability.
• Synchronize AMD and USCENTCOM staff deployment and distribution data.
• Publish data-driven materials and bi-weekly Camel Gram briefings.
• Assess support functions and synchronize strategic, operational, and tactical metrics.

Certification & Education

• Information Assurance Technician (IAT) Level I professional certification.

Experience Required

• Well-versed in manipulation & interpretation of JOPES.
• Experience within the last 5 years in: GATES, JOPES, SMS, & APACS
• Familiarity and proficiency in: DoD Foreign Clearance Guide, USCENTCOM TPFDD LOI, & USCENTCOM joint logistics/distribution regulations.

Job Objective

USCENTCOM requires augmentation to its Strategic Movement Center (SMC) to mitigate the scheduled manpower reductions at the CDDOC thereby maintaining the ability to manage deployment and distribution services in the AOR.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical expertise for CDDOC & Strategic Movement Center (SMC) initiatives.
• Apply advanced analysis techniques to recommend data-driven solutions to theater distribution challenges & root causes.
• Assess transformation technologies and tools for deployment/distribution applicability.
• Synchronize AMD and USCENTCOM staff deployment and distribution data.
• Publish data-driven materials, briefings, and reports; update and distribute the bi-weekly "Camel Gram" publication.
• Assess CDDOC support functions and synchronize strategic, operational, and tactical-level metrics.
