Job summary

Lukos is seeking an Information Assurance Technician (IAT) for augmentation to USCENTCOM's Strategic Movement Center in Tampa, FL. The role focuses on managing intra-theater JOPES and ITARS records to support deployment and distribution within the AOR.

The candidate will validate movement records against TPFDD LOI, FCG, AFI 24-604, and related directives, while leading a team and training validators operating in CENTCOM’s area of responsibility.

Qualifications

• Proficient in JOPES manipulation for joint exercise planning/execution.
• IAT Level I certification held.
• Experience in GATES, JOPES, SMS, and APACS in the last 5 years.
• Document movement requirements per TPFDD LOI, FCG, AFI 24-604, and AOR guidance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee team managing USCENTCOM intra-theater JOPES and ITARS airlift movement records.
• Validate movement records for compliance with TPFDD LOI, FCG, AFI 24-604, and timelines.
• Manage and distribute the Single Ticket Tracker (STT).
• Monitor newsgroups daily, submit validated records to AFCENT AMD, and resolve user issues.
• Identify validation trends, update local TTPs, and conduct formal training for validators.

• Document movement requirements IAW: TPFDD LOI, Foreign Clearance Guide (FCG), Air Force Instruction (AFI) 24-604, & AOR guidance/directives.

Job Objective

USCENTCOM requires augmentation to its Strategic Movement Center (SMC) to mitigate the scheduled manpower reductions at the CDDOC thereby maintaining the ability to manage deployment and distribution services in the AOR.

Responsibilities

• Oversee team managing USCENTCOM intra-theater JOPES & Intra-Theater Airlift Request System (ITARS) airlift movement records.
• Validate movement records ensuring compliance with TPFDD LOI, FCG, AFI 24-604, and operational timelines
• Manage and distribute the Single Ticket Tracker (STT).
• Monitor newsgroups daily, submit validated records to AFCENT AMD, & resolve user operational issues.
• Identify validation process trends/errors, update local Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs), & conduct formal training for service validators operating in support of CENTCOM AOR.
