Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations, keep fixtures stocked, maintain cleanliness, and assist the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager in delivering an exceptional guest experience. The role requires attention to detail, the ability to work independently or as part of a team, and flexibility to cover early mornings, days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS, Apple devices).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Meet store retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed and products are available.
• Meet compliance and execution goals for task dashboard and replenishment.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Foster an inclusive environment for teammates and guests.
• Participate in ongoing brand and category training to boost sales.
