Job summary

Maersk Warehousing and Distribution USA LLC is seeking an Operations Manager in Las Vegas to oversee warehousing and distribution activities, ensuring efficient execution and cost control. You will lead a team, coordinate with suppliers and internal functions, and drive continuous improvement in shipping and logistics processes.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in warehouse operations management, a high school diploma or GED, and experience with LTL.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of warehouse operations management experience.
Must have experience working in LTL.
Warehouse performance management experience required.

Responsibilities

Establish production and quality control standards and develop budget and cost controls.
Direct development of manufacturing processes, personnel, material, subcontract, and equipment needs.
Coordinate manufacturing activities with other functions and suppliers to optimize production and resource use.
Review production and operating reports and resolve operational, manufacturing, and maintenance issues to minimize costs and delays.
Trains staff and ensures compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
