QXO in Hicksville, New York is seeking an Operations Manager to lead warehouse teams, drive safe, efficient, and accurate operations, and uphold high customer service standards.

You’ll build training programs, optimize receiving and distribution procedures, monitor inventory, and partner with safety leadership to maintain top safety performance. Strong communication and coaching skills are essential.

• Bachelor’s degree or 5 years related experience required.
• Strong talent assessment, mentoring and coaching skills.
• Excellent judgment, conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work extended hours to meet branch goals.
