Wilsonart LLC in Minneapolis, MN seeks an Operations Manager who will lead warehouse, customer service, inventory, and logistics to ensure safe handling, accurate stock, and on-time orders. This role requires strong leadership to coach teams and drive process improvements across the operation.

You will optimize inventory, oversee freight negotiations, and maintain exceptional customer experiences while aligning with safety programs and ERP-driven workflow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Four+ years of progressively responsible experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, or operations management.
• Ability to work in both office and warehouse environments and oversee safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, develop, and evaluate supervisory personnel to achieve objectives.
• Plan work assignments and allocate resources for efficient daily operations.
• Train and develop employees to maintain a skilled, engaged workforce.
• Oversee warehouse safety program including inspections and training.
• Oversee customer service performance and operating metrics.
• Oversee accounts receivable/payable to ensure accurate financial operations.
• Resolve escalated customer issues to maintain high satisfaction.
• Maintain pricing records within the ERP system.
• Evaluate and maintain inventory levels using automated systems.
• Oversee scheduling and routing of deliveries using established routes.
