Job summary

Wilsonart is seeking an Operations Manager to lead warehouse, customer service, inventory, and logistics operations. You will coach teams, optimize inventory accuracy, and negotiate freight rates to ensure on‑time delivery and a superior customer experience.

You will drive safety, process improvements, and cross‑functional collaboration, building high‑performing teams while contributing to company growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Four or more years of progressively responsible experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, or operations management.
• Ability to work in both office and warehouse environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and evaluate supervisory personnel to achieve objectives.
• Plan work assignments and allocate resources for efficient operations.
• Train and develop employees to maintain a skilled, high-performing workforce.
• Oversee safety program and monthly safety training.
• Oversee customer service performance and operating metrics.
• Oversee order entry and billing processes for timely service.
• Manage Accounts Receivable and Payable functions to ensure efficient financial operations.
• Resolve escalated customer issues to maintain high satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate customer pricing records in the ERP system.
• Optimize inventory levels using inventory management systems.
• Schedule and route deliveries using established routes and vehicles.
