MYR Group Inc. seeks an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, develop client relationships, estimate work, and recruit/develop personnel for ongoing and future projects. The role focuses on safety, financial performance, and contractual compliance across multiple projects.

You will mentor staff, drive growth, and ensure adherence to company policies while maintaining regular attendance. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field with 10+

Responsibilities

• Ensure organizational safety expectations are met by all employees.
• Monitor the financial performance and production of projects.
• Ensure contractual compliance for current and future projects.
• Develop, strengthen, and maintain long lasting client relationships.
• Pursue business growth opportunities.
• Advise staff of company policy expectations.
• Lead, direct, and audit the work of assigned staff; act as a mentor.
• Coordinate employee performance reviews.
• Facilitate and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Regular and predictable attendance.
• Other duties as assigned.
