Job summary

Oak Grove Technologies, LLC, a federal contractor, seeks an Operations Manager to support UxS Programs in Hoffman, NC. You will coordinate procurement, manage property accountability, support course preparation, and streamline operational processes to meet DoD customer expectations.

Ideal candidates have senior-level military logistics or SOF leadership experience, strong vendor relationships, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting DoD or government training/logistics operations.
• Strong procurement and inventory management knowledge.
• Ability to coordinate with instructors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Source, order, and track UxS components and materials from U.S. and international vendors.
• Forecast material needs in coordination with the training calendar and engineering/instructor teams.
• Maintain and grow vendor relationships and evaluate cost-effective sourcing options.
• Manage internal property tracking and reconciliation with accounting and finance.
• Develop and maintain a property book system for internal control and reporting.
• Oversee training kits, consumables, and hardware readiness for all UxS programs.
• Coordinate with instructors and warehouse manager to ensure timely delivery of training support packages.
• Maintain checklists and process documentation to streamline course prep.
• Serve as a logistical point of contact for customer coordination and ensure alignment with client needs.
• Identify and implement improvements in supply chain, logistics, and training prep workflows.
