Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail, travel stop, or c-store management.
• 2+ years managing operations with $2M+ annual sales.
• 2+ years supervising and training 5–10+ employees.
• Ability to successfully complete pre-employment screenings.
• Ability to work varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple store functions.
• Lead a team and manage processes to grow sales.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility.
• Drive product and service sales through inventory and merchandising.
• Assist the General Manager with tasks, scheduling, and reporting.
• Understand financial reports and adjust for opportunities.
• Collaborate on talent acquisition.
