I. Job Summary

The Operations Manager Trainee (OMT) program prepares individuals to become front-line Route Managers. The role involves fieldwork, interacting with employees, and training in operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and team leadership. Candidates must be willing to relocate post-training.

II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide timely and consistent support to frontline employees
• Review best practices to enhance performance
• Partner with drivers and technicians to develop skills
• Complete training curriculum and other assigned training
• Practice coaching and seek feedback
• Collaborate with managers to learn daily operations
• Develop knowledge of safety programs, operational systems, and performance management

III. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 2 years) required
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record required

IV. Physical Requirements

The estimated salary range is $70,000 - $78,000, influenced by experience, education, and location.
