Salary: $50,000/yr + Company Vehicle (Gas, Insurance, Maintenance Included)

Are you driven by a passion for customer satisfaction? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment? Join us as an Operations Manager Trainee and embark on a dynamic learning journey. Through our structured, hands-on program, you’ll immerse yourself in operations, mastering skills to enhance financial profitability, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction while leading teams. The program includes rotation through key operational areas such as Sales, Logistics, and Customer Service.

After completing the eight-week training, you will transition into a supervisory role, overseeing daily operations and sales functions to maximize fleet utilization, revenue, customer satisfaction, and employee management. Mentorship will be provided to help you develop skills and advance from Operations Manager to Area Vice President within our Fortune 500 company.

What we’re looking for:

  • Recent graduate with a bachelor's degree OR an associate's degree plus at least two years of supervisory experience
  • Strong leadership skills, team-oriented attitude, ability to make independent decisions
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Flexibility to work days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions with moderate noise levels
  • This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely
