I. Job Summary

The Operations Manager Trainee (OMT) program prepares individuals to become frontline Route Managers. The role involves significant field interaction, training in operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and leadership. Willingness to relocate after training is required.

II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Developing: Provide regular feedback, review best practices, and develop skills with drivers and technicians. Complete training curriculum.
2. Coaching: Practice coaching, collaborate with managers to understand operations.
3. Other: Gain knowledge of safety programs, systems, and operational processes.

III. Supervisory Responsibilities

May include leadership roles during the program.

IV. Qualifications

Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Two years relevant experience. Valid driver’s license and clean record.

Skills: Excellent communication, time management, decision-making, and flexibility. Ability to work in vehicle or desk for up to 12 hours.
