The Operations Manager Trainee (OMT) program prepares individuals to become frontline Route Managers. The role involves significant field interaction, training in operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and leadership. Willingness to relocate after training is required.
May include leadership roles during the program.
Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Two years relevant experience. Valid driver’s license and clean record.
Skills: Excellent communication, time management, decision-making, and flexibility. Ability to work in vehicle or desk for up to 12 hours.
