Through our structured, hands-on program, you’ll immerse yourself in operations, mastering skills to enhance financial profitability, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction while leading teams. The program includes rotation through key operational areas such as Sales, Logistics, and Customer Service.

After completing the eight-week training, you will transition into a supervisory role, overseeing one or more of the daily operations and sales functions to ensure maximization of fleet, revenue, customer satisfaction, and employee management. You’ll receive mentorship to develop skills and advance from Operations Manager to Area Vice President within our Fortune 500 company.

What We’re Looking For

• Recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree OR an associate’s degree plus at least two years of supervisory experience
• Strong leadership skills, team-oriented attitude, ability to make independent decisions
• Valid driver’s license
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• This position requires regular on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely
