Typical Responsibilities
  • Career Growth & Development: The 12-month development program prepares you for a potential promotion to Assistant Manager, including training, mentorship, and 1-on-1 support.
  • Operations Management: Gain industry knowledge, contribute to various management areas including financial, marketing, regulatory, and quality control.
  • Contribute to Life-Changing Medicines: Maintain quality and service standards to meet production and cost goals while ensuring compliance.
  • Travel Opportunities: Travel across BioLife locations to expand your network and learn from different teams.
  • Teamwork & Customer Service: Foster an inclusive environment, collaborate across levels, and ensure a positive donor experience.
  • Relocation: Post-program, you will be required to relocate to a BioLife location upon promotion.
Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent leadership experience (~3 years)
  • Experience supervising teams, coaching, and performance management
  • Travel varies by program path, up to 100%
  • Must live in the continental US and near a BioLife location or be willing to travel extensively
  • Ability to stand, work evenings, weekends, holidays, and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Valid driver's license throughout the program
  • Physical ability to perform job duties, including bending, reaching, and prolonged glove wear due to exposure risks

Preferred:

  • Experience with SOPs, GDP, GMP, CLIA, FDA regulations
  • Experience in a regulated environment
