• Ability to manage multiple departments in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse and production activities to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Supervise, train, and support warehouse and production employees; manage staffing and onboarding.
• Monitor attendance, productivity, and performance; conduct coaching as needed.
• Coordinate material flow: receiving, processing, storage, and shipping; ensure timely, accurate shipments.
• Track operational performance and maintain records related to staffing, production, safety, and operations.
• Communicate priorities and changes; build relationships with vendors, customers, and other contacts.
