The opportunity

Two Labs is seeking an Operations Manager, Specialty Distribution, who will support the client in the specialty distributor selection process, provide patient journey recommendations and understand the standard levels of services offered by specialty distributors and the associated fees in the landscape. The Operations Manager will guide our clients through the evaluation, selection, and implementation lifecycle with success.

Role responsibilities

• Support commercialization setup and specialty distribution requirements
• Assists with benchmarking and analog research to define distribution strategies and class-of-trade approaches
• Analyze client needs to establish specialty distribution requirements through comprehensive business assessments
• Assists with development and distribution plans, ensuring smooth operations and troubleshooting as necessary
• Investigate and resolve client concerns, identifying root causes and escalating when needed
• Design specialty distribution programs in collaboration with clients, incorporating key performance indicators
• Prepare financial forecasts and comparisons to previous years' performance for strategic planning
• Develop and manage requests for proposals (RFPs) to assist clients in selecting third-party vendors
• Support contract review, ensuring all essential data elements are included to meet client requirements
• Lead implementation projects, managing scope, timelines, and changes to ensure successful completion within budget
• Stay informed on pharmaceutical industry trends to maintain strategic alignment
• Create and deliver customer presentations, effectively communicating with diverse audiences
• Engage internal subject matter experts as needed, covering areas such as Compendia strategy, channel strategy, patient services, trade, licensing, and e-prescribing
• Maintains records in client relationship management software (Salesforce), and shared file management in content management system (SharePoint).
• Performs other duties and projects as necessary.

Do you have what we are looking for?

Skills & expertise

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience demonstrating capacity to perform the required work
• Minimum five (5) years of distribution, implementation or industry related experience
• Previous launch experience in multiple disease state areas is a plus but not necessary
• Some travel expected (up to 25% which equates, on average, to approximately 4 nights per month).

The provided salary range reflects the potential base salary for this role in the United States,considering factors such as your professional and academic experience, training, and role responsibilities.
