A Realistic Preview of the Job

We want you to know what this role really looks like.

Snow doesn't follow a Monday-Friday schedule. During the winter season, nights, weekends, holidays, early mornings, and extended hours may be required depending on the weather.

This isn't a desk-only job. You'll travel between properties, inspect work in the field, and may need to drive in difficult winter conditions.

Plans change quickly. Forecasts shift, equipment breaks, subcontractors call out, and customer needs change. You'll need to stay calm, adjust the plan, and make good decisions with a lot of moving pieces.

When a storm hits, the team depends on strong operational leadership — and you'll have a direct impact on the safety of our customers' properties and the success of the branch.

What Will Help You Succeed
  • 3+ years of management or operations experience
  • Snow removal field experience and knowledge of snow equipment
  • Experience working with budgets and job-cost information
  • Ability to develop or assist with accurate snow bids
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to make decisions and work effectively under pressure
  • Comfort working outdoors and driving during winter weather
  • Valid driver's license
What Success Looks Like

Our properties are serviced safely and well. Customers stay informed. Crews and subcontractors know what is expected. Problems are addressed quickly. Equipment is ready. And each storm teaches us how to make the next one even better.

If you enjoy operational challenges, leading from the front, and being the person others can count on when things get busy, we'd love to talk with you.
