Job summary

Peraton is seeking an Operations Manager I to provide customer solutions and Help Desk support for the Content and Event Warehouses. You will resolve end user tickets, escalate issues to developers, and review logs for errors. The role also involves educating users and other help desks on system usage.

The candidate should have strong customer service and organizational skills, plus experience with JIRA and Confluence. A TS/SCI clearance is required and a technical degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph is required.
• A bachelor’s degree in a technical field is highly desired and considered equivalent to two years of experience.
• A master’s degree in a technical field will be considered equivalent to four years of experience.
• A degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Systems, Engineering, or similar is treated as a technical field.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong organization skills.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence.

• Experience with JIRA ticketing system and Confluence
• Five (5) years or more of relevant experience with these tasks

Target Salary Range

$104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
