Job summary

Target is seeking an Operations Manager for our Distribution Center to lead safety, teamwork, and operational excellence. You will foster a safety-first culture, train and coach teams, and drive productivity while meeting performance and budget goals.

You will provide real-time feedback, engage a diverse workforce, and collaborate across functions to ensure timely product flow to guests.

The pay range is $73,000.00 - $132,000.00

Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications.

A role in Distribution and Receive Centers means being on the very front lines of getting product to the guest as fast as possible – a critical differentiator and one of the most essential functions within Logistics. You’ll have the autonomy to innovate with new approaches to process and method, all in the name of more efficiency and implementing future process flow optimization. Your ability to find root causes to problems will be well supported by an environment of calculated risk and testing. And your commitment to others will shine when you jump right in to help teams meet their business goals.
