Job summary

Loyal Source in Orlando, FL seeks a capable operations lead to manage GENMED and AUDIO traveling examiners, coordinating examiner levels and providing surge support. You will oversee aging and priority cases such as Terminally Ill, 85 and Older, Homebound, Homeless, Incarcerated, and Remand, ensuring timely DBQ completion and adherence to clinic SOPs.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in related field or 5 years relevant experience required.
• Advanced Excel, Power BI, and reporting experience strongly preferred.
• Minimum of one year of management experience in a healthcare management environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage GENMED + AUDIO Travel Examiners and balance Clinic Examiner Levels while providing surge support to areas of need.
• Continuously evaluate frequency, sequence, and duration of rotational Travel Events.
• Assist Director of Capacity with duties as needed.
• Follow Clinic SOPs for DBQ backlogs & Scorecard reviews.
• Focus on individual DBQ-level completion and production requirements.
• Liaise with Recruitment, Provider Liaisons, Area Managers, Clinic Managers, and Case Management.
• Responsible for Temporary Space locations to include: Identifying, negotiating terms, maintaining Business Licenses, coordinating insurance and billing.
• Utilize mapping tools to manage unscheduled inventory.
• Use the Clinic Manager Dashboard for assigned Examiners.
• Manage Examiner Inquiry process and coach as needed.
• Conduct aging-case deep-dives and solutioning.
• Own the solutioning and coordination of all Priority Cases: Terminally Ill; 85 and Older; Homebound; Homeless; Incarcerated; Remand.

DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

BA/BS in related field or 5 years relevant experience

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

Advanced Excel, Power BI, and reporting experience strongly preferred

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES (KSA)

Minimum of one year of experience in management, or working in a similar healthcare management environment. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills are required, including the ability to coordinate multiple tasks concurrently. Excellent interpersonal skills required with the ability to communicate effectively and interact with people of diverse backgrounds. Experience coaching and developing employees and addressing performance concerns. Proven success in working in a team environment and experience partnering across multiple functions.
