You will oversee day-to-day activities across departments, analyze data, and implement efficient workflows to keep our growing apparel brand moving smoothly. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in operations or supply chain, a Bachelor’s degree, advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of operations or supply chain management experience.
• Apparel, fashion, consumer products, or retail experience preferred.
• Proven record of improving operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational activities across multiple departments.
• Improve workflows, systems, and processes.
• Coordinate with sales, product development, sourcing, logistics, customer service, and finance.
• Track projects and ensure deadlines are met.
• Analyze operational data and recommend improvements.
• Resolve operational issues quickly.
• Develop SOPs.
• Monitor inventory flow, vendor performance, and supply chain activities.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives.
