Carolina CAT in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Operations Manager responsible for the performance of the Operations Team and assisting the Rental Manager for success in the Rental Power Division. This role involves tracking expenses, financial reporting, and managing internal logistics.
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field and at least 5 years of related experience, along with strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and database systems.
The Operations Manager is responsible for the performance of the Operations Team and to assist the Rental Manager in ensuring the success of the Rental Power Division. The Operations Manager will work with the entire Rental Power Team to ensure that all customer needs are met and all customers are satisfied.
This job has supervisory responsibilities.
