Job summary

Responsibilities include coordinating routes, supervising drivers, onboarding staff, managing schedules, and monitoring logistics at 3PL sites to drive efficiency and reduce errors.

• Support drivers and customer service with real-time troubleshooting.

• Create and adjust office and driver schedules to optimize coverage.
• Order and manage office supplies.
• Prepare delivery manifests and ensure dispatch readiness.
• Collaborate with routing and driver managers to improve performance.
• Review payroll and resolve discrepancies.
• Process reschedules, cancellations, and service exceptions.
• Oversee inbound/outbound logistics at 3PL locations.
• Track recycling and waste levels for operational improvements.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct inventory checks and order supplies
