• Preferred: BS in Business Management & Leadership via Live Better U and Bellevue University; 5+ direct reports experience.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and participates in community outreach; supports associates and managers as company representatives.
• Ensure compliance with policies; monitor asset protection, safety, quality, and operational reviews.
• Supervise hourly associates: hire, train, mentor, assign duties, evaluate performance, and recognize achievements.
• Drive store financials by achieving sales and profit goals and analyzing PL statements.
