Job summary

EcoPackables is seeking an organized Operations Manager to join our fast-growing packaging team. You will bridge sales, procurement, and operations to ensure quotes, POs, production timelines, and deliveries move smoothly from start to finish.

Responsibilities include coordinating with customers and production partners, tracking orders, pricing, and timelines, and proactively flagging issues before they impact timelines. A can-do attitude and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating across sales, procurement, and operations.
• Ability to manage quotes and pricing workflows.
• Comfortable interacting with customers and production partners.
• Experience with purchase orders and order tracking preferred.

The Role:

We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Operations Manager to work at the intersection of our sales, procurement, and operations teams.

Your job is simple: help our sales reps better service their accounts and make sure the operational details behind each order get done right.

You’ll communicate directly with customers and our production partners, gather quotes and pricing, place purchase orders, track production and shipping timelines, and help move projects from quote to delivery.
