Northside Hospital is seeking a seasoned operations leader to oversee multiple cost centers within Family Centered Care in Atlanta. You will collaborate with clinical managers to ensure efficient resource use and high-quality patient care across departments.

The role requires a Bachelor's in management or related field and an RN license in Georgia. An MSN or MBA is preferred to drive strategic objectives and policy development.

• Bachelor's degree in management or related field; extensive experience in the appropriate service.
• RN licensed in Georgia.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee multiple hospital cost centers within Family Centered Care.
• Coordinate with department managers to ensure effective cost center management.
• Evaluate activity trends and implement operational changes to improve service levels.
• Develop departmental goals and policies with Directors and Clinical Managers.
• Develop and maintain systems for managing resources required for patient care.
• Participate in hospital committees addressing operational issues.
• Establish performance expectations and maintain standards.
• Define, develop and allocate resources for patient care and monitor key performance measures.

• Responsible for overseeing multiple hospital cost centers within Family Centered Care.
• Responsible for, through assigned department clinical managers, coordinators, or supervisor(s), the effective management of department cost centers.
• Evaluates trends in activity and makes operational changes as necessary to improve service levels.
• In concert with Director and Clinical Managers, develops departmental goals and objectives and polices and procedures which meet the service needs of the area.
• Develops and maintains systems, techniques and procedures for managing resources required for patient care delivery.
• May develop and provides input into hospitalwide policies or departmental policies that impact across division lines. Actively participates on hospital committees that address operational issues.
• Establishes the expected level of performance and maintains the standard by holding others accountable.
• Manages the process for defining, developing and allocating the resources required for patient care.
• Defines and monitors key measures of performance, assesses the effectiveness of process/practice improvements and identifies priorities/opportunities for improvement.

REQUIRED:

• 1. Bachelor's degree in management or field of assigned specialty with extensive experience in the appropriate service or equivalent amount of education and experience unique to assigned areas of responsibility.
• 2. RN licensed in Georgia
