Qualifications

  • 3+ years’ experience in quality assurance, program evaluation, or clinical supervision within behavioral health.
  • Knowledge of MRSS model or similar community-based crisis interventions.
  • Familiarity with OhioMHAS guidelines and Medicaid billing.

Essential Functions:

  • Demonstrate the values and guiding principles of OhioGuidestone every day, performing with the highest standards of excellence, integrity and ethics.
  • Ensure MRSS model is being implemented with fidelity and in accordance with applicable rules and regulations.
  • Conduct fidelity reviews, including participation in site visits and documentation audits.
  • Ensure services meet Medicaid and contract requirements.
  • Collect, analyze and report data related to service delivery, outcomes, and engagement timelines.
  • Track and report progress on contract-defined performance metrics
  • Review and monitor DMS dashboards or scorecards to visualize program progress across the agency with all providers within the region.
  • Meet regularly with all providers within the region to review outcomes and metrics for quality improvement opportunities, data trends and stakeholder feedback.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement corrective action plans
  • Develop and maintain a Quality Improvement Plan for MRSS operations
  • Participate in statewide meetings with communication from OhioMHAS, the COE, the MRSS Call Center and other team members as needed.
  • Validate that clinical interventions and crisis response documentation is timely and aligns with service expectations.
  • Liaise with funders, community partners, and internal leadership on quality-related matters.
  • Provide regular updates to the Regional MRSS leadership and PQI Committee.
  • Support preparations for external audits, site visits, and accreditation reviews as necessary.
  • Monitor incident reports and adverse events for patterns and follow up
  • Exhibit positivity, flexibility and a willingness to take on new responsibilities as requested or required.
  • Demonstrate positive leadership, promote a team-based work environment and a culture of belonging.
  • Present the Agency in the most positive light with all internal and external contacts.


MRSS
Site Operations Located in: Cleveland OH, Berea OH, New Philadelphia OH, Licking County, Delaware County,

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in social work, public health, psychology, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 3+ years’ experience in quality assurance, program evaluation, or clinical supervision within behavioral health.
  • Experience with children’s crisis services or mobile response preferred.


Qualifications:

  • Mission driven; strong desire to make an impact
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Knowledge of MRSS model or similar community-based crisis interventions.
  • Familiarity with OhioMHAS guidelines, Medicaid billing, and fidelity tools.
  • Effective interpersonal skills; able to speak effectively with individuals and/or groups of people
  • Ability to customarily and regularly exercise discretion and good professional judgment
  • Strong organizational skills; able to handle multiple priorities with strict attention to detail and perform work independently.
  • Effective computer literacy skills, including Windows applications, Microsoft Office Suite, and electronic health records, etc.
  • Possess a valid Ohio Driver’s License with a safe driving record and valid insurance.
