Target is seeking an Operations Manager for our Distribution Center in Rialto, CA. You will lead a team focused on safety, productivity and operational excellence, driving process improvements and cross-functional collaboration to meet business goals.

As a leader, you will coach and develop staff, communicate clearly, and manage priorities across shifts, ensuring adherence to safety standards and budget guidelines to deliver reliable guest service and operational efficiency.

Qualificações

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated leadership ability with the ability to engage and motivate others.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Good reasoning, conflict-management, and analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to access all areas of the Distribution Center, including mezzanine platforms.
• Able to read and interpret necessary policies to perform updates and operate systems within the Distribution Center.
