Target is seeking an Operations Manager for its Distribution and Receiving Centers in Rialto, CA. You will lead teams, drive safety, and ensure operational excellence while managing plans to hit performance and budget goals.

Responsibilities include mentoring staff, enforcing safety procedures, coordinating across functions, and delivering results that improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. Strong communication and leadership are essential to succeed in a fast-paced, high-velocity DC

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated leadership ability and ability to engage and motivate others.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, including conflict management.
• Physical ability to access all areas of the Distribution Center, including mezzanine platforms.
• Read and interpret policies, procedures, and systems related to the Distribution Center operations.
