Job summary

FPC Franchise is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our manufacturing operations at the Chagrin Falls facility. You will drive safe, efficient production, develop high‑performing teams, and steward continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will manage EHS compliance, budgets, and cross‑functional collaboration with Supply Chain, R&D, Finance, and HR to achieve operational excellence and meet customer commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Manufacturing, Operations, or related field, or equivalent leadership experience.
• 7+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership with safety, quality and productivity improvements.
• Experience leading organizational change and coaching production teams.
• Experience with SAP or comparable ERP and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Champion safety-first culture and ensure EHS compliance.
• Implement Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop shift managers and production personnel into high-performing teams.
• Develop and execute production strategy aligned with site objectives.
• Monitor KPIs and improve safety, quality, productivity, delivery.
• Manage operating and capital budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Commercial, R&D, Finance, HR, and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure consistent production of high-quality products meeting specs and regulations.
