Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, management or related field, or equivalent.
• Proficient technical expertise with demonstrated application.
• Knowledge and familiarity with standards (ISO, AS, etc).
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, negotiation, communication and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex issues using an understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Develop and monitor manufacturing schedules; manage budgets to meet objectives.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams; ensure adherence to policies and regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement, Lean Six Sigma, and risk mitigation.
• Attend meetings with internal or external customers and support new product introductions.
• Oversee recruitment, career development, and performance assessments.
