Job summary

Engineered Cabs is seeking a results-driven Operations Manager to plan and organize manufacturing operations, ensuring quality, safety, delivery, and cost targets within budget. You will lead lean initiatives, develop capacity plans, and drive KPI achievement across cross-functional teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or Engineering and 5+ years in manufacturing operations with lean experience, plus strong Microsoft Office and ERP (Oracle EBS) proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations or Engineering required; equivalent experience considered.
• 5+ years of manufacturing operations experience including personnel management and lean manufacturing.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office; Oracle EBS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize execution of operations and related manufacturing support functions.
• Achieve targets for quality, output, safety, and delivery within budget.
• Lead lean manufacturing initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop capacity plans to meet customer demand.
• Drive cost reduction, KPI attainment, and on-time shipment performance.
