Leonardo DRS is seeking a Manufacturing Manager to oversee production planning, schedules, budgets and continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, management or related field or equivalent.
• Experience leading manufacturing teams with strong communication skills.
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma and ISO/AS standards.
• Proven ability to drive results and collaborate across functions.

Responsibilities

• Capable of resolving complex issues using manufacturing knowledge.
• Manage development and monitoring of manufacturing schedules.
• Develop and manage budgets to meet financial goals.
• Drive continuous improvement using best practices such as Lean Six Sigma.
• Coordinate recruitment, career development and performance reviews.
