iFOAM of Alpharetta is seeking an Operations Manager to lead day-to-day field operations, mentor technicians, and drive KPIs across the service area north of Atlanta. This hands-on role grows into general management as the fleet expands, with a clear path to higher leadership.

Responsibilities include team leadership, field oversight, estimating readiness, customer communication, and SOP ownership, along with equipment and inventory management and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience managing construction operations or field crews.
• Ability to read construction drawings and safety specifications.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel throughout the service area.

Responsabilités

• Team Leadership & Talent Development: Source, hire, train, coach, and mentor technicians and crew leads; conduct toolbox talks and ride-alongs.
• Field Oversight & Technical Support: Supervise technicians and subcontractors; troubleshoot installs; ensure codes and safety compliance.
• Job Verification & Performance Tracking: Review checklists, sign off daily, escalate discrepancies; present KPIs weekly.
• Estimating & Operations Readiness: Scope and estimate complex jobs; coordinate scheduling and crew prep.
• Customer Service & Communication: Maintain customer-first field contact; discuss options and resolve issues promptly.
• Equipment & Inventory Management: Manage preventive maintenance, par levels, load-outs, inspections, and downtime.
• Administration & SOP Ownership: Own field SOPs; approve timecards; travel as needed.
