AVI Foodsystems is seeking an energetic Operations Manager (Full-time) to lead a busy operations team across accounts in the United States. You will train staff, manage daily workflows, and drive service standards while optimizing costs and equipment usage.

Key responsibilities include overseeing installations, visiting client accounts, maintaining vehicle safety, and delivering strong customer relations. This role offers growth within a family-oriented company culture and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team and driving projects to completion.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage time and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with financials, costs, and budgeting.
• Knowledge of vending operations a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training and development of team members.
• Lead and assist on projects assigned by Branch Manager.
• Operate and maintain company vehicle safely while traveling to accounts.
• Maintain positive customer relations by visiting accounts.
• Identify equipment upgrade needs and coordinate installations.
• Support branch goals and company programs.
• Monitor inventory usage, direct labor, waste, and costs.
• Respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours.
• Perform other duties as required.
