Job summary

AVI Foodsystems is seeking an energetic Operations Manager to lead our Cleveland area operations on a full-time basis. This role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and a commitment to exceptional service as we support accounts across our vending and food service programs.

You will train team members, drive projects from the Branch Manager, manage a company vehicle, and maintain positive client relations.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older to operate a company vehicle.
• Previous vending experience preferred.
• Ability to manage financials and achieve goals.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for communicating with fellow workers and customers.
• Ability to effectively work independently and utilize time efficiently.
• Valid Driver’s License with good driving history.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the training and development of team members
• Lead and assist on projects assigned by the Branch Manager
• Operate and maintain company-owned vehicle; to be used for traveling to accounts
• Maintain positive customer relations by visiting accounts
• Recognize needs for equipment upgrades and schedule installations of new vending machines
• Support company programs and branch goals
• Monitor inventory percentages, direct labor costs, waste percentages, inventory levels and consumption
• Address customer inquiries/complaints within 24 hours
• Perform other duties as required
