Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of progressive operations experience, preferably in janitorial, facilities, or service industries.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience managing direct reports.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required, including reading, writing, and speaking.

• Own safety within operations and ensure safety compliance across assigned sites.
• Lead day-to-day execution and delivery of services; provide resources, direction, and support.
