DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager for our Entry Door Division in Atlanta. You will manage day-to-day operations for multiple customers and oversee Project Managers while supporting sales initiatives.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of managerial experience and have door, frame and hardware experience. A hands-on leader who solves problems and drives timelines will excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with a minimum 3 years’ managerial experience.
• Door, Frame, and Hardware experience highly preferred.
• Familiarity with construction project management and installation of building materials.
• Strong problem-solving and hands-on, deadline-driven work style.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations for various projects.
• Oversee Project Managers and ensure on-time delivery and budget targets.
• Collaborate with sales to drive department revenue.
• Review monthly financial and operational reports.
• Assist with hiring, training and coaching of staff.
