Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP in Denver, Colorado is hiring an Operations Manager to direct company programs and implement policy across assigned terminal(s) to ensure total compliance with contract duties between company and customer.

This role will plan and develop work schedules, assign personnel to routes, inspect facilities for safety and quality, and conduct audits. Salary is $70,000 per year with 1st and 3rd shifts. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in operations management.
• Strong leadership, planning and coordination abilities.
• May require a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Plans and develops work schedules to ensure adequate service.
• Prepares schedules for service personnel and assigns personnel to routes.
• Inspects and evaluates establishment for safety, quality and service.
• Conducts quality audits to ensure standards are met.
• Maintains inventories, supplies and equipment.
• Assists with plans, budgets and schedules modifications including cost estimates and contracts.
• Maintains a safe work environment and ensures regulatory compliance.
• Directs supervisory management and liaises with customers and subcontractors.
• Reviews contract documents and maintains contractor status databases.
• Travel may be required for this position.
