Job summary

Qualifications

• A.A. degree in business management or related field with 2+ years of experience.
• Ability to coordinate operations including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and vendor contact.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct operations to meet contractual responsibilities with SBM and customers.
• Develop work schedules, assign personnel to routes, and monitor compliance.
• Oversee safety, quality, and service; monitor inventories and equipment.
• Assist with budgets, plans, and contracts; participate in long-range planning.
• Communicate with customers, clients, and subcontractors on a real-time basis.
• Travel may be required.
