Job summary

ENFRA is seeking an Operations Manager to lead day-to-day execution from Preconstruction to Project Closeout across our Orlando/Tampa region. You will develop and implement execution plans to maximize profitability and align with company goals.

Ideal candidates possess 8+ years in heavy mechanical/plumbing subscontracting, 5+ years in operations leadership, and BS in Construction Management or related field with a plumbing license preferred. Travel 0-5% may be required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years verifiable experience in heavy mechanical and plumbing subcontractor environment.
• 5+ verifiable years as an Operations Manager.
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills over multiple superintendents.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Industry awareness of competitors and market conditions.

Responsibilities

• Leads Project Managers, General Superintendents and Superintendents to ensure project delivery.
• Allocates, coordinates and quality assures drafting resources within Business Units.
• Implements productivity improvements and ensures project compliance and quality.
• Maintains consistency in project and field management processes across the unit.
• Promotes safety culture and coaches teams on safety best practices.
• Runs project review meetings and monitors status reports, billings and cash positions.
• Approves change orders and adjustments that affect contracts.
