As a successful candidate, you are contribution-minded, willing to pick up the pen and help coordinate input from multiple executive leaders while coordinating workflows with executive stakeholders. You can anticipate potential information challenges, lead information gathering, coordinate with stakeholders, and facilitate decision-making. This role will include considerable time supporting cross-functional efforts, with exposure to operations across the entire Stand Together Community as well as executive stakeholders across multiple capabilities and business units.

  • Partner closely with executive support capabilities (EAs): Ensure seamless communication and monitor logistics.
  • Navigate ambiguity: Think critically about root causes of gaps when they emerge, proactively flag emerging issues, and recommend creative solutions to address collaboration issues or other challenges as they arise.
  • Review, Understand and Communicate Data: Work closely with community leaders to track progress against transformational goals.
  • Help gather and analyze knowledge: to support decision-makers (e.g. data, points of view)
  • Demonstrate Flexibility: Manage a fast-paced working cadence where priorities will shift on a dime.
What You Will Bring
  • 5+ years of consulting, project management, knowledge management, and/or organizational management experience.
  • 3+ years of experience creating deliverables to support collaboration with a track record of meeting completion goals and timelines.
  • Excellent interpersonal, proactive, communication skills demonstrated by an ability to build relationships and trust with colleagues at all levels.
  • Experience with reporting and analytics in a business environment (e.g. tracking KPIs related to the performance of corporate initiatives)
  • Familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g. MS Office, AirTable) and other tools.
  • Attention to detail and execution focus, experience managing plans and comfort with navigating shifting plans.
  • Experience managing multiple executive stakeholders and navigating complicated corporate structures.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and demonstrated ability to develop creative and innovative solutions to problems.
  • Ability to learn quickly and an eagerness to dive into a complex operational environment and its nuanced challenges.
