Job Description:

C2 Labs is seeking a dedicated and organized Training Knowledge & Portal Lead to manage our FedRAMP knowledge-sharing portal and develop training materials and guidance for stakeholders. This role is essential in ensuring our team and clients have access to the information and training needed for successful FedRAMP compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and curate the FedRAMP knowledge-sharing portal, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and contains relevant information.
  • Create training materials, presentations, guides, and documentation to support stakeholders in understanding and implementing FedRAMP requirements.
  • Work with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and completeness of training and portal content.
  • Gather feedback from stakeholders to improve the effectiveness of training materials and the usability of the knowledge-sharing portal.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote the use of the knowledge-sharing portal and training resources.
  • Track and report on usage metrics for the knowledge-sharing portal and training materials.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest FedRAMP requirements and guidance and incorporate them into training materials and portal content.
  • Organize and manage training sessions and workshops as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in training, knowledge management, technical writing, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with FedRAMP requirements and processes is highly desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Experience with content management systems and learning management systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
