Macerich is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager in Scottsdale, AZ as part of a Manager-in-Training program. This developmental role aims to propel you toward an Operations Manager position within 1–2 years, with potential relocation as company needs dictate.

You will partner with operations management on property strategies, support scheduling, and help develop reporting and budgeting skills while learning to lead teams and drive standards.

Formación

• 2-4+ years of experience in facility operations, technical trade, commercial construction, property administration, or a related support role.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Analytical mindset with basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools.

Responsabilidades

• Partner closely with operations management on property operations and strategies.
• Coordinate schedules, workflows, and priorities in support of the Operations Manager.
• Contribute to process improvements and communicate goals across departments.
• Prepare and review operational reports and analyze data for leadership findings.
• Engage with vendor and partner relations to gain relationship management experience.
• Learn policies, monitor adherence, and escalate issues when needed.
• Assist with budgeting and resource management, tracking expenses.
• Seek mentorship, training, and feedback to grow into an operations leadership role.
