Love's Travel Stops is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple business areas and drive efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. You will lead a team, manage processes, and execute strategies to grow sales and meet goals.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of retail operations management, experience with budgets and P&L, and strong communication skills. The role requires flexibility across days, nights, and weekends, with a supportive culture and growth

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail or c-store/travel stop management.
• 2+ years managing operations with annual sales revenue.
• 2+ years deciphering budgets and P&L statements.
• 2+ years supervising and training 5–10+ employees.
• Intermediate level computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on responsibility of multiple business operations across store, fuel, restaurant, fresh kitchen, and truck care.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility through safety checks and upkeep.
• Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and merchandising standards.
• Assist the General Manager with task execution, scheduling, cash integrity, and reporting.
• Understand financial reporting and analyze profit and loss statements to drive opportunities.
• Collaborate with managers on talent acquisition.
