Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail, travel stop or c-store management.
• 2+ years managing operations with annual sales volume of $2+ million.
• 2+ years deciphering budgets and P&L statements.
• 2+ years supervising 5-10+ employees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple business operations up to store, fuel, restaurant, fresh kitchen, and truck care.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility with safety checks.
• Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, and merchandising standards.
• Assist the General Manager with task execution, scheduling, cash integrity, and reporting.
• Analyze profit and loss and implement changes to seize opportunities.
• Collaborate with managers on talent acquisition.
