Love's Travel Stops is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily retail and service operations, driving efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. You will lead a team across store, fuel, restaurant, and truck care, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and strong merchandising standards.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, budget awareness, and process optimization to grow sales and improve profitability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years in retail, travel stop, c-store, or large store management.
• Experience managing budgets and P&L statements.
• Ability to work varied shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer-focused leadership.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on responsibility for multiple operations (store, fuel, restaurant, kitchen, and truck care).
• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility through safety checks and maintenance.
• Drive sales through effective ordering, stocking, inventory management, and merchandising standards.
• Assist the General Manager with task execution, scheduling, and daily/weekly/monthly reporting.
• Understand financial reporting to analyze profit and loss and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with managers on talent acquisition.
